Summer Camp
Summer Details:
Session # 1 : June 2 - June 26 | Session # 2: July 6 - July 24
Times: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
Session Cost: $150/child (per session)
Registration opens March 23 via BGCWC Parent Portal!
SUMMER REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!
BUT DON'T WORRY - we may still have a spot for your kiddo.
While you can't register via the Parent Portal any longer, you CAN reach out to us directly by adding your details to our waitlist (BLUE BUTTON BELOW), and if we have spaces available, we will reach out!

1. Have a BGCWC Parent Portal
Make sure your BGCWC Parent Portal is active and ready before registration opens.
- New to BGCWC and don't have a Parent Portal yet? Click the button below for easy steps to create a parent portal!

2. Enroll your child(ren) when registration opens

3. Need Financial Assistance?
After you have registered for summer with us, you can apply for a scholarship with Brenham GameChangers by clicking the box below.
- Make sure to write "Session # 1 and/or #2 - Boys & Girls Club" on the "which camp/activity does your child plan on attending?" Brenham GameChangers Application.
- You must submit one scholarship application per child.
4. Complete All Required Forms in your Parent Portal
After your child is enrolled in the summer program, you will need to complete a few follow‑up questions, including school and medical information, authorized emergency contacts, and more.
- Log to your BGCWC Parent Portal, Go to My Account, scroll down to Forms Requiring Action and click on Summer 2026 Information.
