Boys & Girls Club of Washington County's Parent Portal 

Academic School Year 2025-2026 Registration opens Saturday, July 11th, 2025 at 8AM via our BGCWC Parent Portal. All parents must have a BGCWC Parent Portal to enroll their child in the Academic School Year 2025-2026.

  • Our easy-to-use Parent Portal is an online site that is designed to give you greater control of your engagement with BGCWC while also increasing efficiency. The Parent Portal allows you to register for the upcoming School Year, Summer Sessions, Trips, and In-Club Programming.
  • As a parent/guardian, you will be able to update your child's information, emergency contacts, medical and school information from your phone or desktop.
  • You will be able to easily pay for all Memberships on your portal account and view your statements as well.

If you are a former parent with the Club but did not receive a "Welcome to Parent Portal" email or a first-time parent with the Club, please follow the steps below. ​

1. Click on Parent Portal button.​
2. Select "Create Account"​
3. Enter your parent/guardian information first (not your child's).​
4. Enter your Birthday, Phone Number, Street, City, State and Zip.​
5. Click "Submit"​
6. Verify identity by clicking on the prompt pop up window and clicking Verify.​
7. An email will be sent to the email address entered. Follow the link in that email to set up your account password.​
8. Return to the Parent Portal and login using your email and your new password.​
9. You can now navigate your Parent Portal, make sure your location is either Brenham Unit or Burton Unit.

Once you have created your parent portal, you can add additional members (children or adults) to your account.

​1. Log into your Parent Portal
2. Click on "My Account"
3. Scroll down to view "My Household Information"
4. Click on "Add Household Member" to add contacts (children or adults) to your household
5. A new pop up window will show for you to add your children information
6. Fill in First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. Pick-up Password is optional at this time.
7. Click Save

1. Log into your Parent Portal.
2. Click on the “Register for Programs” box or on “Program” in the top bar.
3. Ensure your location is set to the Brenham Unit.
4. Under Categories, select In Club Programming.
5. Click Options to see the Grades offered at the Brenham Unit.
6. Click Enroll for the grade your child will be attending.
7. Select the contact (child) and click Save. It will load for a few seconds.
8. Click the "Next" button next to the shopping cart.
9. Answer all required questions:
  • Member Information: Gender, Racial/Ethnic Identity, Tribal Affiliation, Pick up password, Physical disability or limitations, Learning or other disabilities, Tee shirt Size.
  • School Information: School Name, Lunch Status, Grade, School ID Number.
  • Health and Medical options: Diagnosed Medical Conditions, School/Community Support, Use of the following: EpiPen, Insulin and Inhaler, and Medication information.
  • Policies Releases and Disclaimers (initials required)
10. Click Next to review the Summary
11. At checkout, please choose one of the options:
a. Pay 100% of program cost at checkout
b. * "Pay at Club" option, which requires 10% of the balance to be paid at our 1710 E Tom Green St Club facility within three days of your application being submitted. Initial payments at can be made with credit card or debit card at the Parent Portal or via check/MO at the Club. This option is available for those applying for Brenham Game Changers scholarships.
12. For payment, Select "Credit Card" as the method of payment. Enter Billing/Zip Code, click next, then enter your credit card information and click submit.

4. Under Categories, select In Club Programming.
5. Click Enroll for the Course Session labeled "Burton After School Program 25-26".
6. Select the contact (child) and click Save. It will load for a few seconds.
7. Click the "Next" button next to the shopping cart.
9. Answer all required questions:
