Want To Join Us?

You'll see some words like "Member," "Programs," and "Electives" on our site. Here's what we mean!

MEMBER/MEMBERSHIP: Just like a public library, anyone can join, FOR FREE. It takes just a few minutes to jump into our portal and create an account. 

PROGRAMS: This is the "what you do" part of Joining The Club! It's where you get to decide if you want to be part of our summer program, after school program or an open gym night! You choose this from the portal as well! 

ELECTIVES: Electives are additional options open to those who participate in specific programs. For example, if you are part of our after-school program, we may offer a specialized art class or swimming lessons. These will vary often and you will learn about them via emails from our staff!

Boys & Girls Club of Washington County accepts youth and teens ages 5 to 18 and currently in K-12th grade.

We have two campus locations: 
Our main facility located at 1710 E Tom Green St in Brenham and
our Burton location, located on the Burton ISD campus.

​When your child has a membership to the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County, it gives them access to positive role models, fun and educational activities, nourishing snacks, and opportunities to build character in a safe environment. Our diverse programs help kids and teens unlock potential by learning new skills and exploring new interests.

Now that you have your Membership all settled, let's talk about Programs! 

We offer multiple programs currently! These include our After School Program, our Summer Program and multiple Programs throughout the year when school's closed! Fees vary based on the program you choose.

Keep in mind, all enrollments require online registration with payment and a membership first. Create that membership and enroll for your program of choice all on our Parent Portal!

​Transportation and Age Group Separation for the Academic Year

After-School Transportation

BGCWC will transport students from their elementary schools to the Main Brenham Club facility, where parents/guardians will pick them up. If your child is enrolled in the after school program in Brenham, please contact your child's school (AES, BES, and KES) and notify the school they are BGCWC Club members.

Grade-Level Grouping & Guidance

Similar to our Summer sessions, members will be grouped by grade with dedicated adult leaders guiding them through programs and activities.
