Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, report generation, and financial tracking.
- Manage payables, receivables, bank and credit card reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Code expenses and revenues in alignment with the organization's chart of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
- Track expenses, manage invoice payments, and monitor monthly cash flow.
- Process bi-monthly payroll and payroll taxes using ADP payroll software.
- Collaborate with HR and supervisors to verify accurate timesheets for part-time staff.
- Prepare financial documentation for the annual audit.
- Handle W-2 and 1099 preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, dependability, and alignment with the Boys & Girls Club mission.
