This position will entail working with children in grades 1-9.

Boys & Girls Club of Washington County is looking for energetic, organized, and responsible individuals who are interested in spending their time being positive role models in the life of a child to join our organization in our 2025 Summer Program. This position will entail working with children in grades 1-9.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and lead youth programs in Literacy, Art, Athletics, and Character Development.
- Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
- Build strong relationships with youth, families, and team members.
- Provide mentorship and academic support.
- Assist in planning field trips and events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Attend training and participate in team meetings.
- Follow all organizational and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback to improve program quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience working with youth preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Must provide three personal references (not related to you).
- Must pass a background check.
Shift Options
